“My wife and I vacationed here with another couple friend to celebrate our birthdays. We had such a good time! There was plenty of room to either hang out together or spread out. The home had all the supplies we needed and the decks, views and sunsets were pretty awesome. The beach is close and when you get back you can fish directly off the dock or float in the canal. The yard is huge and fully fenced so we were comfortable with having our dog there with us. Very relaxing time and we will be back! Thinking of having a family reunion here as the home can accommodate even more than we had this time.”

“i sent an email with all the issues Valerie Royse Sat, Nov 6, 11:52 PM (2 days ago) to ryson there were several issues that need to be addressed. The major issue was somebody got locked out and they were locked out for 20 minutes because there’s no bell downstairs we could not hear them banging on the door. that person could’ve got hurt or injured outside for 20 minutes raped or kidnapped. it’s a bunch of women staying here. I’m attaching a photo of the vent that is filthy. The microwave is so high that we could barely reach it I am sending a photo I am 5’10 I will attach a photo of me trying to reach it versus the other person here who came to visit. The other lady who is staying here is also 5 feet tall and was unable to reach the microwave and had a mug fall and hit her. The handles are up so high they couldn’t get to some of the items because this is not ADA compliant. No microwave should be that high and I attached a photo of how high up the handles are that we can barely reach. Not everybody is 6 feet tall. Also, there are no lights outside which is very dangerous for people staying here we could not see and it is a trip and fall hazard. One of the guests coming in came in at two in the morning and could not find the house address we had to flag her down and the neighbors helped bring her to this home because of the poor lighting and poorly labeled house number. We just expected more out of this rental. Why there are no numeric locks and if you’re not gonna do numeric locks or digital locks and have a bell it is very unsafe. Valerie Royse”

“The house is located as indicated and has plenty of room/beds but the AC does not circulate upstairs to the top floor so all the rooms stay very hot. The entire house needs a good paint job including the cabinets. The fridge doors open the wrong direction and there is no microwave. Upon arrival, I found trash left in 2 bedrooms and in the pantry. For the rate this home needs a few upgrades.”

“For the price of the stay, I was pretty shocked at how bare the house was. The kitchen should never have passed code with how high the microwave is. Incredibly dangerous. Kitchen did not have NEAR enough items. No cutting boards, not enough dishes/cookware. The linens were very worn and definitely not enough towels. It should also be disclosed that there is no boat ramp access with the rental. We knew we had to pay for the swimming passes, but it should have been clear boat ramp access not provided. The reservation check in/check out process was very smooth.”
