“I left my notes on the completed form at Ryson when I left the keys. If someone wants to call me, I will be happy to give additional information. This was our first time to use this rental company and I would like to know who checks/verifies the home, i.e., mattresses on the bed are suitable, do appliances work, etc., the living room sofa was so lopsided and uncomfortable to sit on. Please read my notes.”

“As noted on my checkout sheet, I listed several things we had issues with, missing pieces of the blinds, ants, etc. The home itself was lovely but needs to be updated - especially the couch - once you sat down you sank into it, as well as the dishwasher. The home would also benefit from better pots and pans. Overall, we had an excellent time and would definitely consider renting the house again. The pool area is beautiful and we didn't have any problems with the hot water. The neighbors were lovely and it is conveniently located by a market and a seafood market, not to mention the beach is right across the street.”

“The house needs some love. Some of the kitchen cabinets were falling apart, The frying pans were in bad shape and there was no large pots to boil corn. The one cookie sheet was also pretty beat up. There was only 2 chairs in the pool area. We found ourselves hanging around the pool often and with 9 people in the house there was only the swing and 2 beat up chairs to sit on. The faucet on the kitchen sink needs to be replaced. And the website needs to be updated there are no granite countertops at this home.”
