“The staff in the Stewart Road office was wonderful! There was some issues with the home. There was a water leak in ceiling. There is no hot water in the master bath shower and when the wind was blowing hard the siding outside the master bedroom was flapping which you could see through the bathroom window and also hear while in bed. There is deferred maintenance that needs to be taken care of. When I talked to the staff at Ruston they were so open and helpful. They arranged for a plumber quickly and we’re very very communicative.”

“This is our second time to stay at the Bishop's Beach. Located on the beach, it great! Just a walk across the dune on a wooden walkway and you're there or sit outside on the deck and watch the family, and enjoy the waves and the beach!”

“This review would be a lot higher, right up until check out. We had a good week long stay at the property. There were several items I wanted to cover with your staff as I was checking out...such as the chair that broke, due to rusting out and it collapsing, making my wife fall and hit her head, bruise her side, etc. (shes ok...but those chairs need to be thrown out). Also was trying to let your staff know the 3rd floor balcony door doesnt even lock. I tried to discuss with the girl checking me out and she didnt really pay any attention to me at all. She just kept telling me to go to the website. Very frustrated. We were planning another stay with you all, but not sure about that now. If you want to discuss, please email me and we can get more granular. glenn russo”

“A beautifully decorated house with direct access onto a lovely stretch of Galveston beach. Ideal for family holidays - the open plan living, dining, kitchen area is great for socialising; and the bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. We were especially impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was with glassware, plates, cutlery and cooking equipment. Much better than you get in most rentals. There's also a large table outside and a great wooden swing bench with views of the ocean. It's a decent drive to any local restaurants or attractions (except the beach!) but there's a small gas station/supermarket approx 1.5 miles away that seems to have practically everything if you need to top up on supplies. Had a wonderful stay and would certainly considering renting this house again.”
