“We absolutely love Honu Beachfront but having stayed there before, noticed a lack in cleaning and maintenance. I have pictures I can send you. The floors were filthy and all of us had black feet the entire time. I don’t know when these were last mopped. You all temporarily unclogged the bathtub but sand comes out in the water so is uncomfortable and no one wanted to use it. Maybe a pipe crack? You also replaced the battery in the overhead light remote. Difficult to unpack in the dark. I washed the toothpaste residue off the condiment dish in the master so I’m confused as to whose inspecting. There are other issues and maybe being a retired property manager of 27 years I notice things more, but these were pretty flagrant. Lastly we were welcomed to the carport by a Gorilla that someone had torn out of a cardboard box and left strewn all over. I love this home and we did have fun but it made me wonder if it’s time for a change in vendor. Ashley and all the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful.”

“we have been coming to Galveston for 20 years and this house was amazing! Not only beautiful interior but the home was Super clean, spacious for our family of four plus one and everything stocked that you might need was a big plus! We booked it again already!”
