“The location of this house was perfect with a spectacular view of the beach! However, there were some inconveniences that we did come across while staying at this property. The first of these is that guests should be notified in advance of the buckled floor in the first master suite. Coming in and out of that room was a bit of a hazard as there is literally a speed bump that one hits just upon entering the room. Another issue was that while we could lock the front door when we left the house, the back doors did not seem to be able to be locked, thus not allowing the house to be completely secure with our belongings in it while we were out. Also, mattress protectors on the beds would be nice as there were crumbs embedded into one of the mattress toppers that could be felt through the sheets. The king bed in the second master suite is also much too large for the room and is shoved so close to the window that it means climbing over the other person in the bed to get out of bed in the middle of the night. Another thing noticed is that there are no locks on any of the bedroom or bathroom doors, while this was not as big of a deal on the bedroom doors for us, locks on the bathroom doors would have been welcome. When we arrived there were two rocking chairs on the porch that were completely broken, which we did let the management company know about. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for our decent size crew and the few recommendations that we would make about it would be to possibly add rubber spatulas to the utensil collection, get new cutting boards, and have the knives sharpened or replaced as they were extremely dull. Additionally, my husband did have to tighten some of the bolts on the bunk beds and there was a used plastic cup found shoved between the wall and one of the bunk beds. Lastly, child-proofing the elevator button would be useful as this house seems to be marketed towards families and pressing the elevator button, which can easily be reached by a child, results in a loss of the security deposit. Though this house seems to need a bit of TLC, the location was great and we did have a wonderful time during our stay here.”

“Though the Flamingo Drive in Pointe West needed interior repair we still had a great time This is almost entirely because of Ashley’s professionalism regarding all our needs while there. Thanks Ashley and we be back next year.”

“This home is a perfect beach home! Oceanfront with expansive views of the beach. Wrap around porch with rockers and swing. We had our entire family together for our annual getaway. The large family room and kitchen were perfect for playing games, reading and enjoying dinner. We would definitely rent this home again!!”
