“Floors were dirty and there were no accessible cleaning supplies for us to clean it with. We were left dishwasher tabs but there was no dishwasher that we could find. Beds were hard, blankets were scratchy, pillows were hard and flat. Pool pass was over priced. Otherwise the place was great”

“The parking lot for the restaurant next to our house was a negative and the fact that people would park in front or our house did not sit well also had a very nosy neighbor that kept staring at us the whole weekend. The house was very nice next time we will pick a different location”

“First of all for a $185 cleaning fee I expected this place to be clean. The ceiling fans were dirty, dusty accessories etc. There is not a dishwasher or garbage disposal so I felt the plates and forks may not be clean. Had to rewash everything before I used it to make sure they were clean. The location was good if you don’t want privacy being that it is located next to a parking lot. The bed was comfortable which was good. I was also a little disappointed that we could not “use” the boat ramp since we did not have a key. Main reason for choosing this place was its proximity to launching area. We ended up getting to use the area by access to when someone else was launching or else we would have been trapped. Did not realize that as a renter the community will not allow you to put your boat or jet skis in the water if not granted access to a key. Other than that it was a nice place to chill and cook when we got in from being on the bay or at the beach. Walking distance to store and to restaurant also nice.”
