“First and foremost, thank you to the Ryson reservations, customer support, and exceptional maintenance team. I wouldn’t have been able to get my family through this vacation without your support! However, the Isle an’ Time home is definitely “false advertisement” for the luxury pics shown on the website. Renters please beware! It’s not suitable for “10” people, not even little people. So glad we had last minute no shows. It would have been worst. The third bedroom is a walk through closet…No Ventilation! Maintenance brought in an ac unit that could only be placed in the master bedroom window. It was a sight to see and disruption in getting in and out of the door to the balcony. Also, It couldn’t stretch far enough to cool the misleading third bedroom down. Awful experience! The refrigerator is rusted and leaking of water. Oh and thanks for the side balcony table that didn’t have a glass in it, just an old rusty table with no where to place a glass. We used our ice chest thank you very much homeowners. The living room/kitchen needs updating. Thanks for my back ache on the sinking sofa bed mattress. We couldn’t lean on the kitchen table either nor place a glass or plate on the edge, it would fall right off. Unstable table! Updates, updates, and more updates needed. Wasn’t worth $1500 for 3 days. $500 at best! We made the best of it in creating memories for my moms 80th birthday on the balcony! Lesson learned…never trust internet pics!”

“Had a great stay. The house had everything we needed. Never stayed on this part of the island it was great for our family as we just wanted to chill and beach it. Sand Bar was good spot but ate mostly at the house.”

“The house had all we needed except for a blender unless we missed it. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone i know and hope to rent with you guys again next year! thank you for everything!”
