“Not impressed with the house or stay at all. Upon arriving, the ceiling vent was hanging from the ceiling. Maintenance was prompt to fix. On Friday morning the top of the microwave fell off onto the stove almost ruining the breakfast I was cooking, and we noticed it was only held on with scotch tape. The ceiling fan in master was falling apart and the light fixture was very loose so we couldn’t use as it made a lot of noise. Called front office about both issues and they were never fixed while we were there. Carpet had stains on it and all the pillows were old and hard as a rock. The trash from previous guests was never emptied so our trash wouldn’t fit, This place was not worth what we paid!”

“Since there was only 1a/c unit in a 2 story home which was located upstairs & mind you the a/c was restricted to no less than 70 degrees. This made it very uncomfortable for downstairs ESPECIALLY when it came to any cooking. The cable didn’t work at all on Saturday so we had no tv for one full day. I had family in from Tennessee & was embarrassed each time someone said “why is it so hot inside this house?” or “what’s wrong with the tv?”. Regardless, at the rate of rental that was spent this was unacceptable & I was very disappointed. Note to self... be sure to ask if your rental has 1 a/c unit or 2.”

“The house was perfect! Very comfortable, with everything you could need. The two rollaway beds were very appreciated. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the house was spacious. The only thing only suggestion would be to have blankets available for the rollaway beds. Thanks for a wonderful vacation in Galveston!”
