“This house was very nice. The location is great! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Only thing we didn’t like was that there are no window coverings in the living/kitchen area or the 2 downstairs bedrooms.”

“We had a wonderful time staying at this house for a long weekend. The location is fantastic - just 1 block (a mere few minute walk) from the beach. There is a lovely deck with a dining table/ chairs for 6 and 4 rockers that we used daily. Inside the house is well furnished and clean. There was plenty of room for my family to eat at the table and lounge in the family room. The downstairs bedrooms were great for my kids, and the master suite upstairs was more than enough room for us. I will definitely recommend this home to friends and consider re-renting in the future.”

“We have rented this house for the last three years about the same time of year From Ryson. I was disheartened to see when I arrived this year that none of the concerns that I mentioned previously have been corrected. The front door, facing the ocean, still does not lock and unlock properly, the drawer in the kitchen is still broken and falls out when opened to far, and the toilet down stairs is still loose on the floor. This is so much so that there is a smell of sewage in the bathroom and there is noticeable water damage on the floor. There is noticeable water damage in the living room also more than likely from a leaking roof. It saddened me to know that repairs given through feedback are not corrected by Ryson. Although we like this location, it makes us reconsider reserving this home for next years family reunion.”
