“The home could use some updates: repair loose railings on stairs, the fence and paint the stains on the ceiling probably from repaired leaks. The ac system may need some Freon-it never reached 70 degrees and returning from the beach we expected some relief from the heat. A new refrigerator is needed-no freezing power. However, The location is very accessible to the beach. The home itself is lovely and spacious and can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The deck is huge and no one felt crowded. Had a great time, able to truly relax and rejuvenate for the job!”

“The location was truly fantastic. The house was clean and accommodated our group. However, the room downstairs was very musty smelling so no one wanted to stay down there. There were some nail sticking up on the deck and loose pieces of wood. Therefore, I wouldn’t have wanted to bring small children to the house. Other than at that everything was great.”
