“The property management is well... not managing the property well. Poop in abundance on balcony and furniture, 1 bath towel for 2 people staying 3 nights, mildew in shower. Additionally I was in the shower when the fire inspectors, two young men, came in unexpected. They unlocked the door and I was not dressed!!!!!!! Not acceptable!!!!! They should have been informed of our stay and scheduled accordingly. Not happy with stay with Ryson. Will never book with you again.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful time at Luis Landing for 2 nights. Very Beautifully decorated -comfortable-- well stocked and very clean. Had a little trouble getting the shower adjusted right- may need some work- but all in all we loved staying here. was hoping to check in around lunch but was not quite ready- we were able to check in at the regular check-in - 3:00 with no problems. Ryson was organized and check in was quick. Thank You- We will be back!”

“We loved this unit. Well appointed, easy to move into and out of, good internet, great view. The mattress was a little firm for me, but my wife was good with it so I'll call that neutral. Being at the San Luis gives you a lot of options and amenities, making it easy to just hang there and enjoy. We would definitely stay here again! It's small but quite comfortable. My only critique would be that the 3 shower head arrangement didn't work very well and if you are over 6' tall you'll be cramped. Great unit overall.”

“The condo itself was decorated beautifully and had everything you needed. The condo was clean which made us very comfortable in the current pandemic. The pool area at the resort needs work including a better filtration system for the pool - it was cloudy and just got worse over the day. We had a great time!”
