“This was a great week to get away from home and this condo/location did not disappoint. It directly faces the ocean and has a location that is PERFECT! You really don't have to even drive your car anywhere if you didn't want. The condo was clean and in good condition. A/c works great and there are plenty of fans to add to the comfort.”

“Have stayed before at the dawn. I know it recently changed ownership so I’m sure they’ve got plans to repaint but it’s beginning to look a little in need of paint”

“The dryer did not work properly. We could not lock the sliding doors. Maybe could leave instructions on how to use television and network.”

“The property location was excellent. There are a few repairs that would make the condo excellent but all in all, it was good. We would stay there again.”

“Lovely condo and facility, felt homey, great that beach was so close and not crowded, only drawback was that it was on third floor and the steps were killers - ceiling fan in master bedroom did not work and remotes in living area were broken - kitchen needs more dishes, pots. But we enjoyed our stay there and in Galveston.”

“Great place to stay! It is close to everything you would want to do in Galveston, but far enough away to still be a little secluded . Everything in the condo was great and easy to use. The only complaint was the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was way too hot!”
