“We had our annual girls trip here and 11 of us joined together in this wonderful home with so many incredible amenities. Fully stocked with all the things you'd need in a kitchen and everything was impeccably clean and organized. The beds were comfortable, instructions clear, views gorgeous and space perfect for a large group. Be mindful that in order to get down to the driveway/lower bar/deck/pool area, there's a significant set of steps. It wasn't an issue at all for our group of young women, but I could certainly see it posing a challenge for the elderly or anyone with injuries. But wow- it literally had everything you could need! Only wish the pool was able to be heated during our stay given the record low temps rolling across the nation. Thank you for providing such a fantastic place to vacation!”

“This could be a rental that I’d call excellent EXCEPT for three major items. (1st) The customer sets the thermostat at 71 degrees and the owner has the thermostat programmed to adjust up to 74+ degrees. (2nd) The TV Satellite packet is so cheap it didn’t even allow the customers to watch Monday Night Football or even the weather channel. I personally didn’t know there was a tv package so cheap. (3) The house needs a dumb waiter or elevator (or access to it).Very nice house but a few things that save the owners money make it less than desirable. 12 customers happy when they first arrived (again nice house) but disappointed when they departed. Being cheap doesn’t become sure a nice house.”
