“The house is wonderfully situated on the water. It has a beautiful pool and hot tub. The outdoor kitchen and sitting area are unmatched. The bedrooms all have king size beds with bunk beds in one room for children. A perfect place for a large family gathering. All the renovations have made “Livin the Dream” the place to stay! Highly recommend it!”

“Everything was terrific! The house was more than capable accommodating our 4 families and what seemed like 100 kids!!!! LOL I love that there are essentially all master bedrooms available for the adults. The bunk room and additional bunks available in the other room, provided the kids with a fun environment to hang out and feel special in their own space! The kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards, and as parents we loved that they were out playing and did not seem to think about playing on their devices!!!!!!!!!!! The pool is great and the house's proximity to the beach allowed us to do it all in our short time there. We used the grill, the indoor and outdoor kitchens and it made it so nice to not have to leave the property to go grab a bite. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone thinking about a Galveston vacation! It is the PERFECT house for multiple families, family reunions and anyone concerned with finding a beautiful, functional and house large enough to accommodate EVERYONE!! Thanks to Ryson Vacation Rentals and to our very special friends who own the house. Everyone loved their time at your house and we were all definitely "Livin' the dream"!!!!!”

“This place is the bees knees. Amenities galore. Rooms and bedding to comfortably sleep 20+ people easily. The views from the back are unmatched. The main canal is at your back door. The owners have taken great pride in making the downstairs area a place to behold and unwind. The fishing is top notch. Multiple underwater green lights light up the canal at night and attract schools of speckled trout and redfish that you can literally see and catch from the backyard. There is even a very nice swimming pool you can relax in after a day at the beach. This place is like your own private island resort when you are there. It’s worth every penny. I’d give it 6 stars if I was able to.”
