“Stay 3 days with a group of 6 people May 2021. Great canal side home with private boat dock, fishing deck, pool, 2 hot tubs and outdoor gas fire pit. The outdoor kitchen a good gas grill and sink. 6 people is really the maximum for sleeping arrangements. Wi-Fi is fast and easy to connect to and living area has a large flat screen TV with cable. Kitchen is nice and well stocked. Location is very convenient in Jamaica Beach with a convenience store a few blocks away. Beach access across the highway and easy to reach with a golf cart. Overall this is a very comfortable home with a great pool for 2-3 couples or a smaller group.”

“I left a written review in the key return box. We have rented a lot of higher end homes over the years. I consider this to be the same considering the cost of the rental. I was disappointed in the amenities provided. We had to bring extra TP, paper towels, detergent, dish soap (there was none), kitchen towels. That has not been the case in other rentals we have stayed at. Also the washer dryer needs to be looked at. The washer was loud and the dryer did not dry very well. THe master bath shower has mold in it. The property is very nice, but could use some maintenance and sprucing up for the price that you are charging for this property. It would be nice to have a pool net to clean debris while we are using it. I was disappointed in rental management too. When looking at the rental I called and left voicemails and also sent an email with questions and neither was answered. The night we arrived we also called with questions and the call was never returned. However someone was watching us on the camera and called to report we had too many people staying at the house when friends stopped by on Friday for a couple hours. They left around 7 p.m. That was disturbing too.”

“Nice home and compfortable place ,grandchildren and Adults enjoyed the pool ,quite location and close to beach ,house was clean and pool was clean will enjoy this location again soon Thank you for everything”

“We loved the house and the location! The pool was the perfect size and super clean. The house had the best layout and we easily could spread out and relax in the evenings. The ac worked really well and we had the essential utensils we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quaint and the neighbors were super nice. Check in was a breeze and management was super nice and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend this property!!”

“After a rocky start (arrived at correct time to the place having not been cleaned/prepared and had to sit outside for three hours before place was ready), we enjoyed our stay. The best part is the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. We spent a lot of time there. The kitchen and family room and bedrooms were a good size. We had a few issues but the lady we emailed responded quickly and was helpful.”

“The I&R Resort is a great property. Excellent accommodations, inside and out. We truly enjoyd the pool and the outdoor kitchen. Check in and out was very efficient and helpful.”

“By far the best vacation get away we have had in years. Pool is awesome! Location is awesome! Had one issue with the pool light not coming on, but after one call they had a maintenance person over in 15 minutes. Thank you”

“Last January I booked our vacation with a different rental company. Two days before we were to leave on our vacation they notified me that the house was not available. I called Ryson Rentals and spoke to Christi. Within 15 minutes of speaking to her for her to find out my needs of the facility, location, and date she sent me three options. We chose K and R resort, it was perfect for us! We spent all of our time downstairs, it had everything we needed. We spent lots of time fishing, cooking, swimming in the pool, or soaking in the hot tub. The only thing I would’ve liked to of had was an additional bedroom, however we did use the couches. I will only book with Ryson from now on and Christy was a lifesaver!! We are already talking about going back next year!”
