“The condo and the area are so nice and clean. The shower pressure in this unit was outstanding. I think my only 2 complaints are with the master lock box vs. key punch-in code and no ceiling fan in the bedroom. It would have been nice if we knew beforehand that the key punch-in code was to be used instead of the master lock box. We spent over 15 minutes trying to get the lock box to open. We finally ended up having to call in maintenance to show us how to open the door. I very nice lady named Kat came around 5 to check on how our check-in went. She also gave us good information on different sites to visit during our stay. That was the first time we received that treatment out of the 3 times we have stayed there. It really made my day to be greeted from her.”
