“We didn’t stay bc we have a dog . I tried to check before booking if dogs allowed. I got message just book so I did . After booking I founded out that dogs not allow.If I bring dog they will charge me $500. So I called and asked for cancellation. There was no problem with returning money.You need to communicate better and have everything up front .”
