“I will say cottage 10 was ok not bad not great just ok. People really shouldn't advertise that they have an Xbox you are assuming that your child will be able to play it when we arrived we realized it was an Xbox 360 and only had mature games. Normally this wouldn't bother us however it rained for two days of our trip so it would have been helpful. On arrival there was a large roach dead in the middle of the cottage. Thank goodness it was dead I would have panicked and we wouldn't have been able to stay throughout our stay we saw several more again dead so that was a plus... I've had a lot of people tell me that there's nothing you can do because it's the coast but we stay at the coast at least once every couple months and have never had this problem. Also I could have sworn I read somewhere that the pool was heated it is not just in case you are planning on swimming in the winter. We did sleep great and everything else went really well the cottage is very well prepared for guests sleeps up to four maybe even a couple more... The kitchen is full of everything you need however we did think it odd that the package the home comes with gives you dishwasher pods and laundry detergent but there is no dishwasher or washer and dryer. We did have a pretty good stay and we will be headed back to Rockport we might try one of Miss Kitty's other rentals but we will not return to cottage 10.”

I'm sorry about the first impression, Shawna, as my home is regularly maintained by pest control. And to your point, just because it's near the coast doesn't mean my guests should expect insects inside. I also like your suggestion of having some family-friendly XBox games, so I'll be sure to put those at the top of my to-do list.
