“Review from Summer of 2016: This is the second year in a row our family has stayed in this condo because we had such a wonderful experience last year! This year was just as amazing! The owners updated quite a few things since last July...wallpaper, bedding, furniture, rugs, etc. We didn't think anything needed to be replaced, but it's nice to know the owners update the condo on a regular basis! We definitely plan to make our stay at 851 Cinnamon Beach a yearly tradition! Review from Summer of 2015: We had an amazing time at Cinnamon Beach 851! The condo was extremely clean, spacious, and well decorated! It had all the comforts of home, plus a gorgeous view of the beach from the gigantic balcony! There were 6 of us and we always had plenty of room to hang out together...or to get away and have some quiet time to ourselves. Our building is the closest one to the pools/amenities...and has a walkway (and shower) to the beach right there! The parking garage and elevator made things really convenient, as did the keypad to get into the condo...no keys to carry (or worry about losing). The beach was beautiful and was never too crowded. The pools, game room, adult lounge, fitness center, business center and grill were great and the staff was very friendly. The homes in the area are gorgeous and the grounds of the whole Hammock Beach area were very well maintained. We loved the privacy of the gated community. The Publix is very close, along with several great restaurants. We love the European Village, especially Mezzaluna's! My husband took the boys to play golf nearby. We also spent a day in St. Augustine, about a 45 minute drive away. We went to dinner in Flagler Beach and went to the movies in Palm Coast. But, mostly, we just relaxed. The entire process went smoothly from booking through checkout. I called the customer service line a couple of times to ask questions and they were very friendly and quick to respond. We highly recommend this condo and plan to return again next year!”

“This Unit was perfect for our vacation. There was plenty of space for 6 people and everything was clean and well maintained. The property was beautiful and had a couple of different nice pools to use. This unit had a balcony that looks over the ocean and the view is amazing. We sat out on the balcony every morning and watched dolphins swim by. The beach itself was quiet and clean...perfect for a relaxing vacation. We especially appreciated the short walk from the beach to the condo with a foot wash station in between. We have no problems whatsoever and would definitely return for another trip!”

“Four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 851 Cinnamon Beach. The unit provided plenty of room to stretch out sore muscles and talk about missed shots. Three bathrooms was absolutely essential for showering after a round.”

“Beautiful, clean condo with fantastic ocean views! Comfortable furniture and beds. Beach was 60 steps away from the condo. Pools were 3 houses down. Quiet, uncrowded area. Shopping and restaurants only 3 miles away. Only issue was the 10 am checkout time was a little too early.”
