“We stayed for four days over New Year's. During our stay, the ceiling leaked from rain and the shower in the master bedroom leaked the entire time we were there. The shower leak was so loud that we had to keep the bathroom door shut due to the noise. The location is great, but this place needs some maintenance to be worth what we paid to stay there.”

I wanted to reach out and apologize. We always ask our guests to quickly alert us in the event of a leak so our maintenance team can make it their top priority.
