“We really enjoyed our stay at sunset lodge. We can recommend it. We saw a bear and her cubs walk right by, which was really cool. The road to the cabin was winding, but a great place to stay, easy access to both gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Also pretty easy access to white water rafting”

“The cabin is in a convenient location fairly close to the National Park, grocery store, and downtown Gatlinburg. The furnishings look decent but are warn and very uncomfortable (couch and chair). Make sure you bring slippers because the rugs in the living room and downstairs bedroom are made of this weird hard rope like material that after a day of hiking are not comfortable on bare feet. There is also a big pothole in the beginning of the driveway so if you have sedan you are going to have problems. The cabin could also use a deep cleaning. Overall it's nice enough and extremely convenient.”
