“We have stayed at this complex several times in the past with great success. We love the location. This however was our first stay in C-513. It was disappointing at best and the owner should be embarrassed by the condition of this unit. The laminate floors are separating and buckled, the carpet wasn’t even suitable for an outdoor space, let alone a living room…it was soiled and tired. I was worried that the comforter had not been cleaned between guests as the washing machine could not possibly have accommodated it and it also appeared shabby and had been stitched to repair a tear…god only knows how old it may have been. The sheets had oil marks or stains as well. This is not to mention the cutlery that was permanently stained by having been continuously run through a dysfunctional dishwasher. The washing machine almost destroyed our clothes. We felt dirty the entire time we were there. We would have expected a lot more given the exorbitant amount of money we paid for the unit. On a good note, the management company was pleasant to deal with, providing us with both an extra beach chair and a mattress topper for the delapidated living room pull out couch which we needed when our daughter visited. They also were kind enough to accomodate us with a late check out so that we could stay on until we could check in for our evening flight.”

“We were here for a week, and we're very happy to have had such a great condo rental experience. This unit looks exactly as advertised and has an excellent partial ocean view from its fifth floor balcony. It's got great updated style with fully functioning appliances - full size fridge, quiet dishwasher, laundry machines, air conditioning, tv. Shower worked great, and the bedroom is dark and quiet. We were surprised by some of the amenities, including boogie boards, sun umbrella, beach towels, picnic lunch coolers, water bottles, beach toys, and all the kitchenware. Cooking was easy with all that's there. The elevator was great. Kamaole II is directly across the street. And a couple blocks away, S and Q quickly became our favorite coffee, muffin, milkshake stand. Easy walking access to shops, restaurants, beaches, sun. The grounds of this place are nicely maintained, parking is assigned, there is unobtrusive security, pool and tennis court access is included. The onsite manager was friendly and helpful. We loved this place and would gladly try to book it again.”

“Really enjoyed this spaceous condo because it was Very clean and has a great view from the balcony. We were provided with everything we needed and more from the well stocked kitchen to the lovely surprise of a few beach necessities! The owners are great hosts and made everything very simple so that we were worry free for our entire stay. We had zero issues. I would absolutely stay in this condo again. And Maui was freakin' AWESOME!”

“I loved this condo! Updated, good views, amazing beach that has amazing snorkeling across the street, included coolers, boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, and even a lot of spices, BBQ grill, Great location,”

“We had a wonderful vacation rental experience! The location of the property was perfect for us, across from the beach and close to a lot so we could walk. Stores, restaurants, etc. Plus we had friends staying down the street so that was a plus! The unit was nice and updated, and had everything we needed... including boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella. Would stay here again.”
