“This is a spacious and beautiful home. Our family of 7 fit comfortably and had a wonderful week. The home is typical 80s decor but has everything you want or need. The deck is fabulous and it has a fenced in yard in front. Nice for our pups to be able to go out without leashing up. I might offer a little constructive feedback regarding the dishwasher and dryer. Both should be replaced or removed and not advertised since they don’t work. We didn’t mention this to anyone so our fault for not reporting it. The maintenance man was very kind and fast to respond to a couple of other safety things that needed repair as well as the upstairs heater. All were fixed quickly. We’re hoping to stay again some time.”

“A lovely,comfortable,well equipped home with plenty of room for a group. We were comfortable in the snow and enjoyed the fireplace, but would have liked to spend time outdoors on the awesome deck. The garage was a plus as was the fenced yard for our dog. Hopefully we can plan a summer visit with friends.”

“Beautiful and Cozy! 4 Couples, and we all fit very comfortably, very clean! Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and had our meals out in the beautiful deck! Master bath was gorgeous!! Very Close to downtown Ruidoso. We were running low on propone, called maintenance, and brought us another tank within an hour.. very responsive! Our stay was lots of fun and very pleasant!! My husband and I slept in Master room! Bed was clean and comfortable! Thanks for making our stay very memorable! Will definitely be returning!”
