“This was our tenth year at Journeys End for our anniversary. We come for spectacular view, peace, quiet, the hot tub and especially that porch swing! One year we didn't even come off the mountain for our entire stay. Thank you for taking such good care of this wonderful gift that you allow us to use.”

“My wife and I wanted seclusion and a great view for a short stay that would allow us to catch up on reading and just get some rest. "Journey's End," a small cozy mountain-top cabin, delivered on both counts. As with many places in the mountains it can be a little tough to get to (I should not have driven my straight shift) but it is blacktopped to the door. We also had an issue with bumble bees who were busy pollinating the Rose of Sharon's flanking the front steps. But overall the experience was great. Recommended if seclusion and a great high up view of the mountains is what you want.”

“We enjoyed the beautiful views from the cabin. It was very quiet and clean. The hot tub was nice to come home to every evening. I would definitely recommend this cabin for a couple's getaway.”

“This was my husband and my first time in The Great Smoky Mountains. We wanted a great view of the mountains and with Journeys End cabin we got more than what we bargained for! Even though we didn't see a bear, I personally felt the spiritual side of the mountains and reflected on my very deep roots in the Cherokee people who lived there and made the trek on The Trail of Tears so many moons ago. The cabin was high on the mountain, overlooking fabulous scenery day and night. Thanks for making our stay one we will never forget! Connie and Steve”

“What a beautiful cabin Journey's End is. We have spent the weekend with friends before, but never rented a unit. Our friends recommended Journey's End for the privacy and the view. We were not disappointed. The cabin was beautiful, and just what we needed for a get-a-way. We will be staying here again and again. This is our new vacation home.”
