“In all the times I have rented from Jackson Mountain Homes, this was undoubtedly the worst rental I've seen, no one told me that the property I was renting was considered copper or delapidated property. I have rented from Jackson Mountain Homes many times in the past, but I feel like I was not told the truth on purpose, so that they could charge a premium price for a piece of junk, nothing in the so called game room worked, pool table broke, foosball table no balls, electronic dartboard with regular darts, the only thing this cabin is good for is sleeping in, I was highly disappointed, especially at 195.00 per night, I'll have to think twice before using Jackson Mountain Homes again”

Hi, Dennis! First, I wanted to thank you for your loyalty over the years. Guests like you are the heart and soul of Jackson Mountain Homes. That being said, I'm disappointed to hear we didn't deliver our usual standard, as we always want you to receive top value (regardless of listing classification). And based on this feedback, we're going to revisit copper ratings and how we communicate them to future guests.

“We had a wonderful time, we will definitely stay again. The cabin met all our needs and was in excellent condition. We enjoyed the great views and even had the pleasure of spotting a black bear.”
