“We couldn't have picked a better cabin than "Sweet Surrender" for our 10 year anniversary! A beautiful, clean, secluded, romantic cabin with an incredible view of the mountains from the porch. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and will definitely return to "Sweet Surender"!”

“My husband and I just needed a few days away from our world. We rented Sweet Surrender at first because of the swing and rockers on the front porch. It was everything we expected and more-charming, clean and relaxing. We loved the spa, jacuzzi and the bed was perfect. The decor is precious-country but not overdone. We skipped the tourist stuff and spent time in the mountains looking for waterfalls and enjoying the beautiful countryside. We definatly will be back, maybe to Sweet Surrender or maybe check out one of the other units. Want to bring the kids and grandkids back so will need a much larger unit this summer. Thanks to the owners and the company for such a nice unit and nice people working there.”

“My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary. The cabin was perfect. So clean and homey. The kitchen had all the basics needed to prepare meals, the back porch had an awesome view of the mountains and at night we even got to see a few shooting stars. It was a wonderful vacation. The cabin is just perfect for 2. We also enjoyed reading the journals written by past guests going as far back as 1997. I only wish we didn't have to leave. We will definitely be back!”

“Our third time in sweet surrender. Didn't plan it but by fate we stayed on our 30,35,and 40th aniversary. We have stayed in cabins with other agencies and although we have found cheaper, none compare in cleanliness and updates. Also no bugs. Like the area between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge as we spend most time in pigeon forge due to less walking for us older people. We will be back next year, it will be our 16th year in a row.”

“My boyfriend and I decided to take a weekend getaway for our 3rd anniversary and this place was perfect! Very accommodating company, prompt and friendly. The cabin itself was a home away from home with all the essentials you'd need to relax and enjoy the scenic views. We plan on coming back and recommending to family and friends!”

“Excellent view (almost scary) from this lovely cabin perched on a steep mountainside. The cabin was clean and felt almost new. All appliances were clean and worked well, and internet access was very good. We would definitely stay here again. One thing to consider: the road to the cabin is steep, so 4-wheel drive would be a good idea if there's snow in the forecast”

“My wife and I chose this cabin because of the reviews. so I thought I would give one. We used this for our honeymoon and it was everything we thought it would be. Very clean and also easy to find. Also pretty close to either Gatlinburg or Pidgon Forge. I would give this company and cabin a 5 star. Great job Mountain Rentals!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
