“We were very disappointed with our cabin. Not having TV for three days the fireplace is that we’re not fireplaces small rinky-dink grill we had compared to the gas grill on both sides of us pool table that was leveled by washcloth poor conditions all the way around. And when we called for service the reps were not very pleasant. Needless to say we will not be recommending nor coming back to the movie ever.”

Thank you for this feedback, Brian, though I'm sorry you won't be recommending Topsy. I also appreciate the heads-up regarding the TV, and I'll start shopping around for a newer grill. But I'm most disappointed in how we communicated with you, so we've earmarked this reservation for training purposes.
