“This facility was KRAP! Very disappointing. It was not clean, the glass viewing the beach was smeared it took away the ambience of the view, the glass table was not only smeared there was food particles all around the edges of the table, broken lock to the balcony in the 2nd bedroom leading to balcony. So much was wrong with this place. Will never visit or refer to anyone.”

I'm sorry to hear about the condition of my home while you stayed there, Walter. That's definitely not the standard I would expect for any of my guests, and I'll be sure to review this reservation with my cleaning staff.
