“The house was new and wonderful! It does sleep 16, but there is no place in the house that will seat 16. There's plenty of space for more furniture and tables (especially on the outside deck), but with 16 guests people were eating on couches and sitting on the floor if we were all in one place. Also, the picture of the front of the house on the website is an architectural rendering that makes it look like there is a large yard. We brought volleyball, pickleball and many yard games that we could not use. There is NO yard. If we had known that it would have been a dealbreaker. However, the house is at the top of a mountain and the view is magnificent.”
