“The condo was definitely not as pictured. There is wall paper torn on the walls in just about every room. Curtains were laying in the floor in the living room. The mattress on the pullout couch looked dirty so we did not use it. The headboard for the master bedroom was in the closet. Most of the closets were filled with stuff and could not be used to store clothes. The cable in the master bedroom did not work and Wi-Fi is non-existent throughout the condo. Thankfully when we come to Pigeon Forge we are not looking to spend a whole lot of time in the condo. We have stayed with this company several times in the past and have always been pleased with the rooms but the experience this time was terrible. Would not recommend this condo until they can make some much needed cosmetic fixes.”

“The location was great, we loved having three bedrooms and four bathrooms, and it was delightful to hear the train from Dollywood and the nightly fireworks. However, the condition of the condo needs a little bit of attention from maintenance. The kitchen did not have enough baking dishes or even forks to eat with. The wallpaper is peeling up everywhere. Light bulbs were burnt out, and there were at least three old TVs shoved into the laundry room.”
