“The room was great, it was the indoor hottub and the outdoor pool we had issues with. The indoor hottub was unusable because it was filthy and disgusting and the bottom of the outdoor pool was either falling apart or something because it was like walking on pea gravel and people was grabbing handfuls of it and putting it outside the pool on the edge, we have stayed there countless times and have discussed not returning because of these issues.”

“Everything was awesome. this is my second time staying in the #2 building. We did not arrive until 2:00 and then went to Dollywood because it rained all day on Saturday. We did not get to the condo until 10:45 I got my keys no problem but could not find the room I called the 1-800 number and a maintenance man came right away Very nice young man Explained to us the 2 was the building # 3 was the floor # and 2 was the room number. If you could put that in the directions that would be great. We sure did enjoy our stay Thank you”
