“I feel like this was a complete bait and switch. The condo was recently redone and looked nothing like what the pictures show. The unit was much lower end and lower quality than what the old pictures show, not really sure why the work was done if it removed quality. Kitchen now has low end appliances and cabinets, overall fit and finish of the redone kitchen and bathroom are subpar. No table for eating like shown in the pictures. The air conditioner is inside the unit next to the bedroom and the loudest air conditioner I have ever heard waking us up in the middle of night when it kicked on. We were provided one kitchen rag, one kitchen towel, one trash bag, no oven baking sheets, no cleaning supplies but were given laundry cleaner for the washing machine and dryer we didn’t have access to. There was still the old book from the previous owners which gave info on items that were no longer provided! Absolutely baffled by how they think this is all ok. Would steer clear of renting from this company.”
