“The house was better than the pictures. I found this place on AIRBNB but saw i could get a cheaper price booking direct. Saw very bad reviews on vtrip and took a gamble and was shocked how great everything was. I couldnt get in with the code ( User error ) they showed me how to operate everything over the phone. Theres a fan in the living room 25 feet up or so and i couldn't get it on and they sent someone out same day. Power went out in the area and within minutes of it going out they had a ETA for it to come on. Lastly bears are very active in the area and one tried getting in the house and ripped up the screendoor trying to get in. scary but very cool experience but after calling to make sure i wouldn't be charged for the damage they assured me i was covered i took pictures of the bears and damage and they didnt even need them it was very effortless. I will most definitely rent from them again”
