“I've tried both salted caramel and vanilla, absolutely love them. However, am giving the starter pack (supplement+shaker) a 3/5 as the shaker isn't great. I ordered two starter packs (one for myself, one for my partner) so received two shakers. One is already in the bin, and the other is halfway there.
The lid isn't very secure. I've used a pile of different shakers, and 95% of them didn't require you to hold down the lid for safety, even when shaken vigorously...and you'll want to do this with the wholesupp product, as it needs a really good shake. On this point, maybe consider including one of those metal balls in the shaker to facilitate the mixing? Other than that, my advice would be to just use a blender if you can't manage to mix it with a vigorous shake.
It's also not dishwasher safe. Maybe this was apparent and I missed it, so my bad on this one... but out of the 10-ish times I used the shaker that's now in the bin, I put it in the dishwasher twice. The heat of the water must've messed up the lid, so it doesn't click home. Learned this the hard way and ended up with a bit of a mess.
I'll 100% be ordering more wholesupp, but wouldn't recommend the shaker or starter pack until it's refined a bit more!”
