So sorry to hear you are disappointed with our product. As you can see we get great feedback on test and texture. Can I suggest you add a little more water or milk and a small handful of ice and blitz until smooth. We have not had an issue around mixability when using an electrical blender. Fingers crossed adding a little bit more water and some ice should do the job.
