“These insoles are insulating during the winter months and add a level of cushioning. They last a long time although they do flatten a bit with use. I always remove them from the shoe to air after use, think this helps to keep them fresh. I've repurchased these insoles a few times to refresh my collection of Wilding shoes. I definitely recommend them.”
