Customer service: I ordered XXL, and they were to big. Because I was headed to Panama, I reordered what I though was XL, but fat fingered it and got 2 Large. No good. One call to Sharri and she had me squared away in minutes. She immediately dropped 3 XL in the Mail, with return envelopes for the wrong orders. “So for starters the shirts are simply an awesome product for the money! After reading the challenges folks had with sizing I decided to order a Large and a Medium and accidentally ordered a large and a small! And realized that a medium would fit perfectly! I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me out two mediums with a return bag and label for my large and small. It’s amazing how seamless and gratifying is was dealing with this company! On sizing I usually wear a large as I’m 6’0 and weigh 190 ! However the large drapes on me and the small was a bit tight! Thank you for the excellent experience and I will be buying the other two colors!”
