Best fishing coat EVER!

Bought this for sailing in the Pacific NW in wet, cold months. It does run large (I usually wear a L jacket, this is larger), but underneath I can wear a good wool sweater over base layer and still be flexible, not restricted. Length is a bit long, so this keeps most of hips/butt/groin area dry in rain. Sleeve length is wet-weather-long, so keeps hands out of rain just as any well-designed rain shell would. Has a dual-control zipper so I can open it from bottom as needed for free movement. The hand-warming pockets are very useful/practical. A bit stiff at first wear, so "noisy" until worn-in.

Excellent coverage and at a decent price. A little warm but for those days bellow 50, very comfortable.

Great quality, especially for the price. It fits perfect, the cut and construction is excellent, along with the zippers and Velcro, Speaking of Velcro, the stuff used on this coat is very aggressive and suitable for a coat that is being used in harsh conditions. The collar is tall for neck and face protection in blowing spray or wind and the hood stows neatly inside and is designed so it will deploy and still allow the collar to stand. My only quibble is the lack of color options. Black/gray is not very visible in emergency conditions and not the best color for marine use.

Really pleased with this jacket. Nice heavy material looks like it will be very durable. The high collar is great for keeping warm and dry in the blowing rain. The size ran a little big, but perfect for layering under for spring and fall fishing.
