“It's very good at keeping me warm and dry. My problem with it is that it's way too big. I like room for layers, and I hate the way women's coats are usually cut. So I went with a men's, and it's arms are way too long. So if it fit the way I'd like it to, it would get a 5 star because it definitely keeps me warm. My next one will be a different size.”
“Response from customer service was great. Had emailed them Friday evening and had gotten a response early Monday morning. I'm 195 lbs at 5'7” so I ordered a large. It ran a bit big on the jacket so I emailed them. Received a response and sent me a medium jacket. It came to my house in a week with a return label. Really fast service. Thanks.
