“I love the suit. Love that you can adjust the inseam. Coat kept me so warm that there were times I had to take it off. Not a bad thing for sure. The two complaints I have are, most of the zipper pulls have came off and too much velcro. But all in all....Great Product!! Thank you so much.”
“Suit feels good and keeps me warm but paid for two day shipping an extra thirty dollars and it was delivered seven days later not happy with that at all , called and left message and no call back , could at least sent me another pair of the gloves to make up for the shipping problem and no call back , but was a good purchase just no interest in their customer service”

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service. We show it was ordered Dec 30th, shipped Dec 30th UPS 2nd day air. It was delivered Monday the 3rd. We can't control the New Years Holiday that UPS doesn't deliver on.
