“I placed 2 separate orders on 1/1/2022. Shipping date was to be within 7 days. It is now 14 days since our orders.
I contacted WindRider via email twice and received only 1 response saying the order they expected 3 days earlier was delayed.
I tried calling the 2 phone #'s available and was instantly redirected to a completely different phone # and a recording that no one was available.
I even called the business across the parking lot from the MN building and was told they saw no activity there for at least 1 week.
While we were told by many others, this was a very highly recommended company to order our items. Not I'm thinking this company is a scam now.

Keith, sorry for the delay. Did you not get my email? Your items shipped Wednesday and Thursday with delivery tomorrow(Saturday). As for the MN building, I am not sure where you are looking, we haven't had a facility in Minnesota since about 2013. Our warehouse is in Burton MI - 2457 E Judd Rd Burton MI 48529
