“Got this for my son as we are frequently out on the trails. We pass people infrequently, but when we do, it’s nice that he can use it as a temporary face mask. The colors are vivid, it’s cool enough for extreme Texas heat (106 today!) and is well made.”
“Just a cheap cloth. Has no protective value from sun or coronavirus. Wish I hadn't bought it. Feel stupid for being ripped off. Wearing a common tshirt over face would be the same.”
“I ordered this product for my wife to use as a face covering at work. Her workplace has enforced mandatory masks/face coverings due to coronavirus, and regular masks hurt her ears if she wears them for long periods of time. She loves these so much that I ordered 3 more for her.”
“I purchased this gaiter for hiking/camping/backpacking in the Southern US, where it is very hot and humid in the summer. This gaiter can be used wet to keep the neck cool, or can be used as a headband to protect the scalp (or hide dirty hair). Easy to wash and air dry quickly while on the go. The UPF protection is an added bonus.”
“I use my gaiter for both sun protection for my neck, and also as a mask - I pull it up over my mouth and nose - when I am bicycling. Others I've tried are either too small to pull up and use as a mask, or they stretch as they get sweaty and won't stay up on my face. This gaiter works great for my purposes. I'm an averaged sized woman. Also, I live in Florida and bike it pretty hot and steamy conditions. This gaiter is not hot. Glad to fairly fine a gaiter that works so well!”
