“I had my name down for an alert and was thrilled when I received an email telling me these jeans were back in stock. I ordered size 1 regular. Annoyingly, the jeans that arrived were the wrong ones & so I returned them and asked them to send the correct ones. I then had an email confirming a refund - no mention of sending the incorrect jeans or indeed, an exchange for the correct jeans. I rang and was told the jeans I ordered are now out of stock again. No apology. They just said 'system error'. Disappointing as I am a regular customer of Wyse!”
