“I saw these online and loved how flattering they looked without the bulk of regular jeans, I tried these on in store in a size 12 and they were a perfcet fit although the standard length was an inbetween length, (not short enough to be slightly cropped and not long enough to be full length) As the store did not carry the longer length I had to order them online.
Firstly the good parts, the fit for me was exceptional, I do not think I have ever had a better fitting pair of jeans, the longer length was perfect for me (I am 5ft8 so if you are taller these probably won't be long enough) the colour is a beautiful dark denim and the weight is a lighter weight demin that hangs really well, the cut is beautifully flattering and I love the pocket detail at the front side rather than conventional pockets, the barrel leg is not overly obvious which I prefer, the barrel starts at the top of the thigh and is a very gentle barrel which will make these more timeless.
Now for the not so good part and to be fair it is only one minor niggle but a niggle nonetheless, the crutch has been cut funny, it feels like the material is pulling at the bottom of the crutch (it is not visible but you can feel it) This is also not a me problem as as a staff member had tried them on and they did the same for her, I tried sizing up to a 14 and the issue was still there and the jeans were far too big so the sizing was correct. I love the look of the jeans enough to keep them as apart from that they are the nicest jeans I have bought in a long time.”
