Please share your order number and, if possible, a photo of the items you received. We’ll arrange the correct Covidien Telfa pad (Skin colored) WC795 to be sent right away and organize return of the incorrect Cardinal Health White Telfa Pads with prepaid shipping. We’ll also provide tracking as soon as the replacement ships.
