“I was very excited to have ordered this diary as I love a hard copy rather than using my phone for events.
I had a diary from this company before, a lovely blue and orange hardback. I was very disappointed to find the new diary was a paperback, although going back and reading the description it does say soft cover. I call this a paperback. Your description says the diary lies flat with the soft cover. I found the opposite to be true.
Don't you do hardbacks any more?
