“I recently purchased two sets of pajamas for my 2-3-year-old child and one for my 4-month-old baby from Zipster. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed with the quality, especially after just one wash.
I reached out to their customer service to address the issue, but regrettably, their response left much to be desired. They were not accommodating or understanding of my concerns and they didn’t reply to my last email, which was quite frustrating.
In summary, my experience with Zipster has been subpar, primarily due to the poor quality of the products and the unhelpful customer service. I will never buy from them again, and I would caution others to think twice before making a purchase from this brand.”
