“Customer service is non-existent. I've sent them a message regarding an issue and have not heard back. With personalization, I did not want a number as my son just wanted his name on a baseball blanket. However, it was sent with #8 on the bottom of it. My son is VERY disappointed. When I emailed customer service to ask about it, they did not reply. Would have left a positive review if customer service would make it right.”

We checked your order and it is a Custom Text Name Number Fleece Blanket Baseball - Large (60x80in). You chose the custom text is Braden but you did not choose the number for us. Therefore, we just made the custom name on blanket for you. If you informed us that you don't want a number with us after purchasing your order, we would not make it on your blanket.
We also check the inbox but we did not receive any email from you before.
