“My main complaint is that it took over a month to receive. I ordered it 2 weeks before my brother's bday, and it didn't get to him until 2 weeks after his birthday, so it was disappointing that he didn't receive it in time and there was nothing on the website that said it was shipping from China and it actually California address. The other complaint is that the throw is thinner than expected. It's nice, but thin.”

“The item is beautiful. However, the original order was placed on January 26th and I did not receive the order until February 26th. Additionally, the size on this order confirmation is incorrect. I ordered a large blanket however this order confirmation notes a small blanket.”

Normally, it takes 3-5 business days to design, process and pack. However, due to the global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have to cut off the quantity of our workers to ensure the safety of their health, the workers have to stand 2m apart from each other. So, the processing delay occurred. The shipping time normally takes 7-10 business days to deliver, but it also took longer because of covid 19 and winter storms.

“I ordered 2 of the same size blankets... and my order is now showing that it's a small and a large blanket. Not to mention these were Christmas gifts for my family and the only one of my gifts that were not delivered on time. I will never order from this company again. Oh. And I saw that the price for these items dropped nearly $30.00 after Christmas as well was a huge disappointment. Wasted $60.00 will be shopped else where...”
