I have been trying to get in contact to return and get a refund, but no one responds to the email support they provide on their webpage. I would not suggest purchasing to anyone.”

Our neck gaiters have one size: Width*Length: 9.5*19 inches with four-way stretch fabric that stretches and recovers on the cross and lengthwise grains. We have done a lot of research on this size and see that it great fit for all ages, can fully cover faces with different sizes. If the neck gaiters were not like the picture, pls take the photos of them ang the label of package, send to us via email: support@zologifts.com. We will check it.
